Frequently Asked Questions
If your question isn't here, ask us in the quote form.
Why is there a minimum order amount?
12 pieces. Screen printing has a fixed setup cost per color, so smaller runs don't make economic sense for either of us. If you need fewer than 12, we'll be honest and point you toward a better option like DTG or heat transfer.
How long does an order take?
Typically 1–2 weeks after we finalize your design and you approve the proof. Rush jobs are sometimes possible — just let us know your deadline in the quote request.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes. Just make sure they're screen-print-friendly (100% cotton or 50/50 blends work best). If you're unsure, tell us what you have and we'll let you know.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
Ideally, yes. We can handle basic layout and sizing, but we're not a graphic design studio. High-resolution files work best — PNG, AI, PSD, or PDF at 300 DPI or higher. If you need a designer, we're happy to point you toward someone who can help get your artwork print-ready.
Where are you located?
The Ogden area in northern Utah. Local delivery available. We can also ship within Utah.

Name, email address, phone number
Company name and role, if applicable
Order details: items, quantities, artwork files, design specifications, and project notes
Information generated by transactions:
Order history, transaction amounts, dates, and fulfillment status
Invoices and correspondence related to your orders
Information collected automatically when you visit our site:
Usage and analytics-type data, such as pages viewed, approximate time on site, referring source, general geographic area (not precise location), device type, and browser
Technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as IP address, timestamps, and standard request metadata
We never see or store your full payment card information on our servers. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. Your card number, expiration date, and security code are collected and processed only by those processors under their terms and security programs.
Why we collect it
Fulfilling your orders — communicating about your project, producing your items, coordinating delivery or pickup
Business records — maintaining transaction history for accounting, tax, and legal obligations
Customer communication — responding to inquiries, providing quotes, following up on orders
Marketing — we may occasionally send promotional emails about new services or offers. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us directly. We will never send marketing emails without your prior consent.
Improving our site — understanding how visitors use our website so we can make it better
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers and partners who help us run the business, and only what they need to perform their role. Categories include:
Payment processors — to authorize and settle payments

Shipping partners — if we ship your order, we share your name and delivery address with the carrier
Business partners — we may share limited customer information (such as name, email, or company) with trusted partners for co-marketing, referrals, or collaborative projects. We will not share your information with partners for their own unrelated marketing without notifying you first.
We use written agreements with vendors that require appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Specific subprocessors may change as we improve our services; the categories above describe how your information is used.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
How we protect it
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported by our systems, access controls, and limiting access to people who need it for legitimate business purposes.
We do not store full payment card data on our own systems; card data is handled by payment processors under their security and compliance programs.
How long we keep it
We retain customer contact information and order history for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, legal, and accounting obligations — typically seven years for financial records.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will note the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
